A letter to the Light Tribe:

A couple of weeks ago, I was in conversation with a friend and fellow sound healer, and was processing why I felt called to host a Gathering of Light this summer. So many of us are busy in the summer months here in the Northern Rockies. Gardening and outdoor adventures take precedence with our short summer season.

As I processed, I went over my list of why not to - Landscaping is not done - far from it, Dan & I are working hard to have the pavilion ready by July - we are a month behind due to weather but it is getting done, outbuildings reorganized - nope, house decluttered from the last two years of healing from ladder falls & car wrecks - no way, planetary lineups for July - off the charts, Mercury retrograde - of course it would be this July...

Then I started recounting all the conversations I've had with our Crystal Singing Bowl Family. Many have talked about feeling somewhat isolated from people they can connect with. The Light Tribe is spread out through the communities - one in this neighborhood, a couple in that community, a few in another community. As this planetary transition has progressed, those of us on the front lines, so to speak, those of us who have been practicing and remembering for the last decade or more, have had our frequency increased at a faster pace than those around us. As if we have been prepared ahead of time to help the masses with this transition.

The experience Dan & I have had is that the more we embrace higher frequencies, the further we fall outside the "normal" frequency range, the more it seems we are living in a foreign country, and the more it seems we speak a different language from our neighbors. Although we are out in the community, a sense of isolation has set in. Coming together gives us a place to be with others who are experiencing and marveling in the profound shifts happening for humanity and planet Earth at this time. Even though each of us is experiencing this transition in our own way, and perhaps very differently from each other, we can communicate with the Light Tribe and share our individual recognition of the evolutionary growth we are witnessing.

Another aspect of gathering is the power of the group. If you are reading Colibri Wellness Newsletter, you have likely participated in a group sound bath, prayer, or ceremony event, and have felt the power of amplification that comes when a group of people comes together with a common interest. Masaru Emoto, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and others have documented the profound effects of group intention. Energy amplification with intention can and does happen even when on the internet together or not in close time or physical location. However, there is something about the human field that can amplify to a greater degree when physically in the same place at the same time. The power of the Light Field exponentially increases our intention for a better life for ourselves and humanity. The frequency wave sent out can have profound measurable effects.

One more simple but deep aspect is the mountain and nature energy at our place. A rustic camping experience and our off-grid lifestyle offer a chance to disconnect and enjoy the forest surrounded by birds, animals - big & small, trees, plants, and the creek, leaving with a sense of rejuvenation.

The July Gathering of Light is designed for each person to offer their modality if they choose to. Participants can come for all or part of the 3-day weekend. Participants can set up a space to offer sessions. It is beautiful to watch those of the Light Tribe come together to share wisdom and a gift of healing and wellness, whether through presence or sharing wellness modalities in a greater way.

The cost to you for a space is 10% of what you make through the weekend. I will add you and any information you want me to send out to the list of offerings for the July newsletter.

Attendance for this second annual Gathering of Light here at the Colibri place is expected to be 10 to 15 for the weekend. Although it would be a thrill to have a larger group. We'll see what the Angels have in store for all of us!
