Happy May Day!

We survived another springtime snowstorm and cold spell. There was not much snow, so there were no broken branches on the deciduous trees budding out. The tulips and daffodils made it through, and of course, the native wildflowers are all pretty hardy and survived the 21 F nights.

2026 - Year of the Spiral

Storm energy!

Transformation - from the destruction comes new beginnings.

Spring and autumn are times when the weather is changing from cold to warm, or warm to cold seasons. This brings severe weather to some regions as the air masses interact with each other.

The start of this season has already brought devastating storms to some areas. My prayers go out to anyone experiencing loss of loved ones, injury, or destroyed property. My grandson, stationed in Guam, felt the effects of Typhoon Sinlaku. Guam lost power in this April storm, while the neighboring Mariana Islands suffered a devastating direct impact.

Hurricanes/typhoons and tornadoes are spirals. Tornadoes can have wind speeds over 200 mph, and catastrophic hurricanes are 157+ mph. A devastating tornado recently hit Enid, Oklahoma.

Another spiral below. This satellite photo is from winter storm Ezra just east of the Great Lakes on the N. American continent, which affected millions of people in December 2025.

Last month, I pondered whether the spiral is a sacred geometry and part of our operating system for life on Earth. Scientists have learned to manipulate storms and weather. I believe storms are part of the electrical operating system of our planet, and trying to stop, change, or intensify any of the weather systems is wreaking havoc on our biological and electromagnetic systems on Earth.

Storms bring change. Wind and rain cleanse. Lightning brings electrical recharge. Thunder has low rumbling infrasonic frequencies that support life and biological systems. Storms can affect us on all levels of our being. Physical effects are obvious. The electricity of storm energy also affects us mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Next time a storm comes through, unless it is a physically damaging storm, experiment with allowing the wind & rain to cleanse your body and environment. Feel the electricity of the lightning recharging you and the earth. Listen to and feel the thunder, and know the low frequencies are supporting your biological systems as well as supporting life on earth.

Contemplate the spiral energy of storms. The spiral is an ancient symbol of creation, growth, and the eternal cycle of life. What are your thoughts and feelings about storm energy?
